Refund policy

The 14-night trial

Every Velora Wake Band comes with a 14-night trial. Wear it every night for two weeks. If your mornings aren't calmer, email us within 14 nights of delivery and we'll refund you in full — no reason needed.

You don't post anything back. Return postage on a small item usually costs more than the item, so the band is yours to keep.

The trial begins the day your order is delivered. It is limited to one refunded order per customer, and we reserve the right to decline repeat requests from the same customer, address or payment method where there is evidence of abuse.

Sleep Mask returns

For hygiene reasons the Velora Sleep Mask can only be returned if it is unopened and unused. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

12-month warranty

The Wake Band carries a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in the motor, battery or housing. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage from swimming or showering, or normal wear of the silicone strap. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under applicable consumer law.

How to start a refund

Email Veloratt123@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. A real person replies within one business day.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post the funds within 5–10 business days; the exact timing is determined by your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations and address changes

Orders reach the warehouse quickly. If you need to cancel or change your address, email us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can before it ships. Once a parcel has left the warehouse we cannot recall it — but the trial terms above still apply.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items marked final sale are not refundable. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer law of your country or state.
