Will this actually wake heavy sleepers?
It wakes you with a firm vibration against the wrist rather than sound. If noise hasn't worked for you, a tactile alert is a completely different lever — and you have 14 nights to find out whether it works for you specifically.
Can my partner or roommate hear it?
No. The vibration is felt only against your wrist. There is zero sound, so the person in the next bed stays asleep.
How strong is the vibration?
It's a firm buzz rather than a light tap, designed to be felt through sleep. How strongly you experience it is personal — which is exactly why the trial exists.
Does it need an app, a phone or Bluetooth?
No. You set everything on the band itself with the push button. No app, no account, no pairing.
How long does the battery last?
Typically 7–14 days per charge, depending on how often the alarm and display are used. It charges over the included USB-C cable — no power adapter needed.
Does it do anything besides the alarm?
Yes. It's also a fitness tracker: steps, estimated calories burned and daily activity.
Can I wear it every night?
Yes. The soft adjustable silicone strap is made for all-night comfort and is splash resistant.
Is it waterproof?
Splash resistant for everyday wear, sweat and hand-washing. Don't swim or shower with it.
What colours does it come in?
Black, White, Blue, Green, Pink and Orange — all the same price.
The Sleep Mask
Does it block all the light?
The contoured shape seals around your nose and cheeks, which is where most masks leak. It gets a room dark enough to sleep through streetlights, a partner's screen or an early sunrise.
Will it press on my eyes?
No. The eye cups are moulded with space in front of your lashes, so you can blink and open your eyes with the mask on.
Will it fit me?
The strap is fully adjustable and designed to sit comfortably on most head sizes without digging in or sliding off overnight.
Can I wash it?
Yes — machine washable and quick drying. A gentle cycle and air drying will keep its shape.
Do I need the Wake Band for it to be useful?
Not at all. It's a good sleep mask on its own — it just works especially well alongside the band.
Orders, shipping and returns
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 7–11 days from the day you place them, including 1–2 business days of processing. You'll get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse. See Track Order.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate tracked shipping, shown at checkout. Free on US orders over $50.
What if I want a refund?
Email us within 14 nights of delivery and we'll refund the Wake Band in full — no reason needed, and you keep the band. The Sleep Mask can only be returned unopened and unused, for hygiene reasons. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my address?
Email us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can before the order ships.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 12 months on the Wake Band's motor and battery.
