How long delivery takes
Standard orders typically arrive 7–11 days from the day you place them. Express orders typically arrive in 5–9 days. Both windows cover the time our fulfilment partner takes to pick and dispatch your order as well as the time in transit to you.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take a day or two to begin updating after it's issued — this is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

Free shipping on orders over $50 applies to the Standard option. Express is available at the rate shown if you'd like your order to arrive sooner.
International orders
We ship to a range of countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and North America. Rates are shown at checkout. International delivery generally takes longer than domestic and can be extended by customs processing in your country.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
Delivery estimates
All timings above are estimates rather than guarantees. They depend on our fulfilment partner and the carrier, and can be affected by public holidays, weather and customs processing.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we can't recover it.
Delays and lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
